The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, 215 North Main St., White River Junction, VT 05009-0001, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a BD Benchtop Vacant Flow Cytometer IVD 4/2 System. Characteristics of the system shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Able to interact with current cytometer and supplement its' use. 2. Access and read information from previous Fascanto flow cytometer. 3. Maintain and utilize current Cellquest 3.3 software 4. Must be able to network with current Fascanto model and maintain research integrity and format. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone inquiries will not be honored; however, interested parties may submit literature detailing how their services meet the VA requirements to the Contracting Officer.
