This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Contract Action. The United States Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Electronic Systems Center, Air Force Research Laboratory, Space Vehicles Directorate, Contracting Division (AFRL/VSKE) intends to exercise an upriced option on contract FA9453-04-C-0052, "Chalcogenide Random Excess Memory Prototype" with BAE Systems, 9300 Wellington Rd, Manassas VA, 20110-4122. The Chalcogenide Random Excess Memory Prototype contract is to perform tasks to achieve and overall objective of producing a chalcogenide based, radiation hardened Non-Volatile Memory in the density range of 1-4 Mbit. The authority for this action is FAR part 7.2. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes they are capable of fully satisfying the Government's requirements, they may identify their interest and capability within 15 calendar days of this publication to AFRL/VSKE, Attn: Mr. Frank J.
