This announcement amends the announcement which appeared 5/22/03 titled the same. This amendment removes the set-aside for small businesses. Contractor sought to furnish report presenting results of scientific research designed to estimate abundance of humpback whales in the North Pacific in year 2003-2004, with contract options for 2005, and 2006. Contractor shall create a survey design plan, collect humpback whale identification photographs, and humpback biopsy samples as part of this contract.
