This is an Add-On Effort which will be awarded under Modification P00007 to existing Contract W56HZV-04-C-0618 with SAGE Electrochromics, Inc. of Fauribault, MN. This Add-On Effort is sole source to SAGE pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as impleme nted by FAR 6.302-1. This Add-On Effort involves an expansion of the research being conducted under this contract to scale up technology to fabricate electrochromic devices for windows, vehicle transparencies and switchable filters that have a range of mi litary applications.
