This is a special BAA in support of the AFOSR’s Discovery Challenge Thrusts (DCTs). AFOSR invites proposals for research in the areas described in detail in Section I, Funding Opportunity Description. This research effort will consist of interdisciplinary teams of researchers with the skills needed to address the relevant research challenges necessary to meet the program goals. Multi investigator teaming is encouraged but not required. It is expected that proposals will describe cutting-edge efforts on basic scientific problems.
