This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a proposed add-on effort on existing Contract W56HZV-04-C-0618 with Sage Electrochromics, Inc.. This add-on effort has been approved as a sole source to Sage Electrochromics under FAR 6.302-1. Note 22 ap plies. The proposed add-on effort involves further enhancing the capabilities of electrochromic (EC) devices by developing strategies to dynamically switch the full range of EC device sizes for widely varying environmental conditions and extending durabil ity evaluations to laminated devices used for vehicle applications.
