This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Demonstration Lab. Dr. Stewart is
nationally recognized for his
expertise in organization and behavior
and in the area of interdisciplinary
team function.
His specific duties with the
Demonstration Lab include the
following: 1. Designing, leading, and
conducting quantitative surveys of
PACT providers to assess how the
implementation of PACT affects roles
of team members including providers,
nurse coordinators, health technicians
and clerical workers. This task
involves identifying appropriate
survey measures, interacting with VISN
leaders and teams to collect data,
data analysis, and write-up of survey
results.
2. Leading and conducting ongoing
qualitative interviews of PACT
providers for a formative evaluation
of the process of PACT implementation.
This task includes open-ended and
semi-structured interviews, and focus
groups.
3. Leading and conducting a series of
site visits to PACT teams throughout
VISN 23 to further inform the
formative evaluation of PACT
implementation process. This task
includes open-ended and
semi-structured interviews, focus
groups, and ethnographic observation
of PACT team meetings and clinic
operations.
