NA The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award on a sole source basis , a firm fixed price purchase order to conduct a survey of big game harvests in villages in the Koyukuk River drainage. The vendor will hire and train local research assistants and oversee data collection efforts. The vendor will analyze the data, and produce a written report detailing the project findings.
