The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/ Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), intends to award a sole source contract to the University of Alabama Huntsville. The award will be made to obtain Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on developing Computational Uncertainty Analysis parameters and methods associated with missile simulation aerodynamic databases created using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) techniques. The SME will be required to determine relevant parameters required for accurately predicting the aerodynamic performance of missiles using CFD techniques and develop a systematic approach for determining the uncertainties associated with missile simulation aerodynamic databases created using CFD.
