The Program Office of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to ADVANCED MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY, INC.; for Ortec Model 660 dual power supplies. These power supplies have a 300 W power rating and will be used with our current Ortec detectors . A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Government POC on or before 03/21/08.
