THIS IS AN ANNUAL NOTICE OF AN OPEN-ENDED PRDA. NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. When proposals are requested, an amendment to the PRDA will be published. The objective of this acquisition is to identify and develop new and innovative anti-tamper (AT) technologies and methods, measures of effectiveness and validation techniques. This effort may include evaluation of the feasibility of identified technologies and methods, initial development of a selected number of those technologies and methods that are feasible, and prototype implementation of AT technologies and methods, where appropriate.
