US Army Contracting Command, Army Contracting Command - Warren, Warren, MI, intends to award a modification to the existing contract W56HZV-09-C-0611. This supplemental agreement will result in a Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort contract. The total estimated amount is $2,000,000, with options. A letter RFP will be sent directly to The Boeing Company. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16), a copy of the RFP can be obtained by emailing [email protected]. The planned contract action will add 12-months of Field Service Representative support and four options. Two of the options will be for additional Level of Effort hours and two options will be for specified lists (separate list for each option) of spare parts. The Government intends to procure these services on an other than full and open competition basis with The Boeing Company, Mesa, Arizona under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) based on only one responsible source.
