This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23d Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order for Ultralife brand items for the purpose of providing A-320KT 20W Multiband Amp Kit and A-320 Power Cable. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency needs). A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunity identifying the 23d Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this sole-source procurement for Ultralife brand for purchase.
