NOTICE OF INTENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21), on behalf of VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS), intends to award a sole source contract to Brainsway USA Inc to procure the Brainsway Advanced System D Model 104 to include H1, H7, and H4 coils, annual service, and accessories. Brainsway USA Inc. is currently the only known manufacture and the sole distributer of the only TMS system that is FDA approved to treat mental disorders and smoking cessation.
