Video production services - equipment, crew and location work for IRS-CI video project: "Irey-Wilson Story - International" 2002. Contractor is responsible for supplying all crew, video production equipment, all supplies, and associated services. All services must be in accordance with the statement of work. Due to time restraints this solicitation will not be extended. Telephone requests will not be honored. Faxed responses/bids acceptable. The RFQ may also be obtained from the Internet @ www.eps.gov (RFQ-02-51). Vendors are encouraged to download the RFQ from the EPS SITE. This is considered a commercial service. Simplified acquisition procedures are applicable.
