The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-08-RP-0041 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish 1,695 Upright Granite Headstones (Old Style) for a national contract, from date of award through September 30, 2008 (base period) with up to three (3) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2011. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 500 employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to complete the delivery of the Upright Granite Headstones (Old Style) within twenty (20) calendar days from the date the order was sent by Contracting Officer. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price.
