Origin, fully inscribed 42" x 13" X 3" T upright granite headstones (Type W1) during the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 (Base year) with two 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2005. Granite must be obtained from quarries within the United States of America ; conform to the definition of granite as defined in ASTM C119-01; be standard grade, fine-grained material as classified by the National Building Granite Quarries Association; and have a uniform shade of light gray as defined in the specifications. This solicitation does not include uninscribed markers. Estimated quantities are 5,500 per year for the base year and each option year. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327991 and a size standard of 500 employees are applicable.
