Sources Sought Notice for Information Only:

This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources of supply. Negative replies are also sought. Only small businesses will be considered as potential sources of supply.

Potential suppliers must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM). Registration can be completed at http://www.sam.gov. Suppliers must also accept Wide Area Work flow (WAWF) and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) for processing payments. Registration for WAWF and DFAS can be completed at http://www.dfas.mil/ecommerce/wawf/vendor.html.

Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking sources of supply for a BPA.
Potential BPA suppliers will be required to supply commodities within all of the following Federal Supply Classifications (FSC):

5945- Relays and Solenoids
5963- Electronic Modules
5965- Headsets, Handsets, Microphones and Speakers
6115- Generators and Generator Sets, Electrical
6135- Batteries, Nonrechargeable
6160- Miscellaneous Battery Retaining Fixtures and Liners
6220- Electric Vehicular Lights and Fixtures

For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336320- Motor Vehicle Electrical and Electronic Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 Employees.

If your firm is capable of supplying the commodities within the above listed FSCs, please provide a Capability Statement to POCs by 4 p.m. EST, 27 May 2015 to both:

In addition, the following information is requested:
(1) Company CAGE Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address;
(2) Any small business status (8(a), Service Disable Vet, HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.);
(3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts.
(4) GSA contract number if applicable
(5) Indicate whether you are a distributor or a manufacturer of the material on this RFI.

The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
