This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Learfield Sports, Laramie, WY for Advertisement at the University of Wyoming Athletic Events. To include 8 promotions in men's and women's home basketball games (5 in men's and 3 in women's games). 5,000 32ounce insulated mugs logo presence. These mugs will be used for all sports. Logo bump and PA announcement at each men's and women's home basketball game during the Business Special announcement.

This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competition. Firms having the ability to provide this service should notify Shawn Tinsley in writing via e-mail at [email protected] 2:00 P.M. MST on 17 July 2012. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
