Small Business Sources Sought. This is a SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Eustis is seeking information on sources that can provide audiovisual production/ graphics/exhibit support to HQ, DA, HQ, TRADOC service schools, and DOD. The contractor shall provide technical support to support Army participation and successful integration in venues/forums which shall provide an opportunity to leverage the contribution of industry, academia, Department of Defense (DOD), and government agencies. The contractor shall provide secure climate controlled storage for the entire TRADOC display to include the shipment, set-up, tear down, fabrication, management, and return to storage of the display as required by HQ TRADOC in support of conferences, meetings, symposiums, and exhibits. The contractor shall provide video production and display fabrication support to the HQ, TRADOC, to provide continuity of design and consistency of message. The objective is to coordinate the Armys message and ensure supporting themes and messages are consistent with goals/objectives of the Army, Chief of Staff and the Chairman Joint Chief of Staff. The designated NAICS Code is 561920; size standard is $7.0 million. Your response shall include the following information: size of company, number of employees, revenue for last three years, relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back three and your companys capability to this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary experience to compete for this acquisition.
