This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall conduct all work as required in this Statement of Work and needs special experience to work on an active military training area. The Contractor shall conduct all work required to assess and monitor Threatened and Endangered Species (TES) in the open maneuver areas at selected sites to evaluate current conditions of the flora and fauna. Work is necessary to evaluate long-term training impacts on the existing vegetation and fauna conditions in accordance with FGS protocol and to collect basic data for the Flora Fauna and Habitat implementing guidance by the EU.
