Synopsis:
The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a requirement in support of the Armed Forces Medical Examiner System (AFMES) for Agilent Reagents, Test Kits, and Consumable Supplies in accordance with the specifications listed in the Statement of Need and the Minimum Essential Criteria to be provided in the solicitation, to Dover AFB. This procurement is a Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. All responses to this solicitation must be submitted in digitized/electronic format. Paper copy responses will not be accepted.
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-80.
This requirement will be for Firm Fixed Price Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement with a Five (5) year ordering period.

The solicitation is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about 27 March 2015 and will only be available through 30 April 2015.
