Scoring Concert Band 2 Flutes, 1 Oboe (Doubled), 2 clarinets, bass clarinet (Doubled), 1 bassoon (Doubled), 2 alto saxophones, tenor saxophone, baritone saxophone, 3 trumpets, 4 horns, 2 trombones, 1 bass trombone, 1 baritone (bass clef), 1 euphonium (treble clef), 1 tuba, timpani and 2 percussion parts including but not limited to xylophone, bells, and marimba. Score is due December 1 2011. Performance will be performed by the North Dakota National Guard band in June of 2012, place TBD. Vendor is required to write/compose the music, the North Dakota National Guard band will play the music at the said concert. This is a Sources Sought Notice to see how many vendors would be interested in providing a quote for this type of requirement. If it is decided by the NDANG that the procurement will move forward, a formal combined/synopsis will be issued.
