The “Submit Question� option in IIPS does not accommodate the upload of file attachments. The way to submit your questions or comments is as follows: when viewing the applicable document or posting (such as Draft Request for Proposals (DRFP)), click on the “Submit Question� button and then type or copy and paste your questions and comments (including paragraph references) into the space provided. This information is being provided for any future correspondence regarding this procurement. The SSEB will consider all questions and comments on the DRFP received via IIPS, but those received after June 26, 2007 may not be incorporated into the final RFP.
