NAICS Code: 541519 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Innovation Data Processing, 275 Patterson Avenue, Little Falls, NJ for software maintenance enhancement plans for the FDR/Upstream, FDR, CPK, FDRREORG, FATS, and FATAR software products. EPA believes that Innovation Data Processing is the only source capable of providing the required services. The circumstance permitting Other than Full and Open Competition Justification is FAR 6.301-2, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The period of performance is expected to be from October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 All interested parties who believe they can provide the required services should fully explain their capabilities and qualifications in writing within 15 days from the date of this announcement.
