Lease of Non-Tactical Vehicles without drivers (Rental must be in accordance with attached PWS). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to rent vehicles. All prices and costs contained in this agreement shall be stated in US. Dollars and all proposal submissions by vendors shall be provided in English. When applicable, all taxes, credit card fees and any other fees will be included on the final price.

(a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within __5 days_ [insert the period of time within which the Contracting Officer may exercise the option]; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least _10_ days [60 days unless a different number of days is inserted] before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.
