MSHA is seeking vendors that can provide the below requirements for its Approval and Certification Center in Triadelphia, West Virginia: Security monitoring services & logging for Bldgs. I, 2, 3 & 4 for period 10/1/07 thru 9/30/08. Covers fire, burglary, and opening/closing report with schedule. Maintenance of security system for Bldg. 1, 2, 3, & 4 for period 10/1/07 thru 9/30/08. Includes replacement of all parts due to normal wear for the fire, security & LAN room security sensors. Also includes: Printer in the LAN room & replacement of batteries; ADT DVR-e Triplex eZ Digital Video Multiplexer Recorder ? located in Guardhouse; Philips Video Monitor Model: LTC 2020/90 - located in Guardhouse; WaveReader/card reader N-300 ? quantity of three(3) ? located at each security gate; HF-2 Series Trigon call box- quantity of three(3) ? located at each security gate; Philips video camera type: LTC8960703021-55 12NC Unity ? quantity three(3)- located at each security gate; Pelco ? PMM12A Video Monitor ? located at receptionist?s desk B1; Panasonic Video Camera Model #WV-7135 ? located outside rear of B1; Motorola card reader ? quantity two (2) ? located on LAN Room doors.
