Clearfield Job Corps Center is looking for applicants to provide food products to be used in ourcafeteria. Applicants must be willing to provide and maintain any equipment needed to dispense the products you are offering at no additional cost. Timely and complete deliveries are needed to properly our students. The following areas are posted for your consideration. FRUIT JUICE PRODUCTS. We are looking for a variety of flavors. The juice will be mixed by the dispenser at the point of use. Three machines will be needed, each capable of dispensing up to six different juices. Applicant will be expected to deliver and rotate stock and maintain the dispensing units, so that fruit juice is always available. A product list will be requested so we can see what is available. MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS. We are looking for ½ pint containers of whole milk, 2% white milk and 2% chocolate milk. Sometimes other types of dairy products will be requested. A product list will be requested so we can see is available. SODA, POST-MIX AND CANNED. We are looking for soft drinks that will be dispensed from machines provided by the contractor. Three machines will be needed, each with 10 different dispensing spots. The soda will be mixed at the point it is made available for our students. We are looking for a variety of flavors. We will also be using canned drinks. A list of available flavors will be needed for this contract. CO2 is provided from another contract. PRIME FOOD CONTRACT. This contract will be used for raw food products that will be used for meal preparation. This contract will be for all products not covered in other contracts. We expect delivery twice each week with provisions for emergency delivery when needed. The applicant needs to be big enough that the time from order to delivery is 48 hours. We expect to use all food received from the current delivery before the next delivery arrives. That means the complete orders and on time deliveries are essential. The applicant getting this contract should have the ability to accept on-line ordering. They will need to make available to us software so we can do our food orders in this manner.
