This project includes all work associated with repair of the concrete walls and application of a water sealer at the Denver Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) Facility, Denver International Airport. Work includes, but is not limited to: cleaning and preparation of all surfaces, removal and reinstallation of concrete wall joints, repair of cracks by the injection of an epoxy resin adhesive, repair of concrete wall panel's spalls, and application of water sealer on all concrete surfaces exposed to weather. The finished color of all repairs and joint replacement must match the existing. Offerors are required to prove experience in structural concrete repair. Solicitation package will be available on or about June 6, 2006. One optional site visit will be held. This project is a competitive small business set aside. NAICS is 238110. One set of specifications and drawings will be sent to each prospective offeror. Range of Construction is anticipated to be less than $250,000.00. Anticipated performance time is 30 calendar days. The TRACON is a critical, 24 hour / 7 day per week facility. Contract personnel on site may be required to pass security processing prior to entrance to the facility.
