The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement to repair and paint the exterior Van Nuys Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). The contractor will be required to furnish the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, tools and supplies to repair and paint the exterior of the Van Nuys Airport ATCT. The existing repair and paint project is located at Van Nuys Airport, 7550 Hayvenhurst Place, Van Nuys, California, 91406. This Screening Information Requirement (SIR) is to request information that will enable the FAA to make a screening decision to determine qualified firms that have the ability to repair and paint the exterior Van Nuys Airport ATCT. The FAA reserves the right to add incumbent contractors and/or other sources which meet the criteria and have performed satisfactorily on previous procurements. Accordingly, it has been determined that only firms meeting the following minimum requirements will be solicited: Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. (1) To be considered, the contractor must be classified as a small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220. (2) Complete/submit the Business Declaration form attached with your response. An offeror shall be licensed General Contractor and prepared to provide proof of license with their proposal.
