Army Contracting Command-New Jersey is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for refuse collection and recycling services to be performed at Wilkes-Barre AMSA #120(G), Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Interested contractors should demonstrate that they possess the experience and capability and be able to provide all transportation, fuel, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse and recycling services at the location listed above and in strict accordance with the final Statement of Work. Contractors shall provide a summary of their company's capabilities, name/address/point of contact, a description of facilities/equipment, personnel, etc. The required services are provided in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work entitled STATEMENT OF WORK FOR REFUSE COLLECTION AND RECYCLING SERVICES AT AMSA #120 (G), Wilkes Barre, PA. This RFI is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Responses to this RFI should not exceed five (5) pages. Please include any additional terms and/or conditions that might be included in a contract between commercial entities which may differ or not be included in the DRAFT Statement of Work.
