This project is for the purchase and installation of a secure/non-secure video teleconferencing system at the Defenae Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), Columbus, OH 43213. The project requires the contractor to upgrade an existing DSCC conference room by adding secure/non-secure video teleconferencing (SVTC/VTC) capabilities through a government furnished KIV-7 cryptographic unit utilizing a Tandberg 6000 MXP CODEC for teleconferencing as mixing and/or matching of other manufacturers will create integration issues with existing equipment.Contractor must provide a turnkey SVTC/VTC solution that meets/exceeds all applicable standards established by the National Security Agency (NSA) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Network (DISN) Video Services - Global (DVS-G) standards. The SVTC/VTC system will feature a DISA approved A/B switch to toggle between secure/non-secure modes, a display that shows the mode (secure/non-secure) the VTC is operating in, and an adequate number of ceiling mounted microphones/speakers, a government furnished ceiling mounted projector, a remote interface for video/audio control, and rack mounted support components as well as all cables/connectors. The completion date to complete all work associated with this project is 60 days. The solicitation is unrestricted.
