The Marine Corp Air Ground Combat Center/Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command, Twentynine Palms, CA currently has a supply requirement for food service paper products. This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 5.207, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice and solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-26. The estimated issue date is January 12, 2006 on the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) web link below. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 424130. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 5113. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9E. The Requirment is unrestricted. NOTE: the completed provisions at FAR 52.212-2 and Past Performance Submission and 52.212-3 must accompany the proposal. All responsible sources m! ay submit a proposal, which will be considered for contract award. Proposals are due 1530 (3:30 PM PST) Feburary 13, 2006 at the Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corp Air Ground Combat Center/Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command, P.O. Box 6053, Twentynine Palms, CA 92278-6053, Attn: Rick Dutton, Contract Specialist. The Government intends to make a single award. CLIN 0001- 0003 and Sub-CLINs are indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery for food service paper products. The Base Year of 1 March 2006 – 30 September 2006. Thereafter, the contract may be continued for two (2) additional “Option Years” that shall be sequentially determined and exercised solely at the discretion of the Government. MINIMUM/MAXIMUM CONTRACT AMOUNT The Government intends to order a minimum of $5,000 and up to a estimated maximum amount of $21,000 during the base period. In the event that the Option Years are exercise, the minimum amount is estimated at $2,500 and the maximum amount is estimated at $40,000. All orders shall be issued on Standard Form 1449
