This contract is required to provide Set & Staging, Image & Video, Audio, Lighting, Cameras, Security.

Hotel Personnel : Work between the hotel and AV c ontractors must be agreed upon between contracting parties.

Power Requirements: Power requirements must be submitted with your submission of bid. Electricity must paid by the contractor.
