NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTIONS This notice will serve as notification of a Sole Source solicitation for the following: Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a Sole Source contract utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Cloud Cap Technologies, Inc, 2621 Wasco St, Hood River, OR 97031-2014. Cloud Cap Technologies, Inc is the only known source that meets the USAFA requirements for Piccolo Plus autopilots. This will be a firm Fixed Price contract. Contract. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This procurement is for the acquisition of a sole source commercial item using simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. FAR provisions 52.212-3-Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items and 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items apply. In addition, the clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited in the clause applicable to this acquisition are: (b) 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, and 31.
