Currently seeking sources that can provide the following information: Dyess AFB is currently in search of a P-40E Warhawk either with or without engine in excellent condition in respects to airframe and skin. Or anyone that has the proven capability of manufacturing a 1:1 scale model of the WWII, P-40E Warhawk. Either must be mounted with center mount for installation on 20 foot high pole and must withstand 90 to 95 MPH wind shifts in the West Texas area.
