The purchase of videoscope equipment must be done through Olympus Surgical & Industrial America Inc. because they are the only found manufacturer of the equipment that uses a heads-up display unit with 3D image for depth perception that allows for a hands-free operation with remote control. Due to the lack of technology, other companies that were looked into would not be able to fulfill the requirements for the customer. Market research was conducted for the purchase of this Videoscope Equipment and Olympus Surgical & Industrial America Inc. is the only contractor found able to supply this item as we require. If no response to this notice is received by 12:00pm EST on Monday, February 20, 200, the award for this Videoscope equipment will be made to Olympus Surgical & Industrial America Inc.
