The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Health Net Federal Services, 2025 Aeroject Road, Rancho Cordova, CA to provide Primary Care Services to Veterans of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion, Indiana. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements.
