In addition, the vendor will maintain support on all ALTO server and client machines, installing all updates provided by Alto Imaging. Equipment list is as follows: 1 Canon 5000 I, 1 Canon 7080 Scanner, 2 Kodak EX150, 1 Canon IR (Image Runner) 110, 1 Canon VP7110 (leased), 1 Ricoh Pro C900S, 1 TEC Lighting XTRA coat 18" in-line coater; all located in Oklahoma City. 1 Canon IR 5185; located in Washington DC. The FAA contemplates awarding a purchase order to fulfill this requirement, with a period of performance of 1/1/2011 - 12/31/2011. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811212, Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance, and the Small Business size standard is $25M. The FAA intends to solicit and negotiate only with IKON Office Solutions, Inc.Glastonbury, CT, in accordance with AMS Policy 3.2.2.4. The FAA currently receives support from IKON for these products. The determination to solicit and negotiate with only one firm is necessitated due to the complex nature of the products requiring support, the unique combination of products requiring support, requirement for a single vendor for to provide support at multiple locations, and required continuity of support for these products.
