The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain Region has a requirement for the Installation of two ILS Equipment buildings and the Installation of Localizer Antenna Foundations at the Eagle County Regional Airport in Eagle, CO. CHANGE: This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The scope of this procurement includes, but is not limited to the following: Site work: includes, site preparation, earthwork, steel helical piers, granular paving, and seeding. Concrete work: includes, formwork, concrete reinforcement, and cast-in-place concrete. Electrical work: includes, Installation and splicing of underground cables, lightning and surge protection, Power Service to the LOC/DME Equipment Building, and duct bank & cable work between equipment buildings and antennas. Award selection shall be made on the basis of Best Value to the FAA. Among the evaluation factors are: (a) experience working at an active FAA airport, and (b)experience in commercial removal/installation of a localizer facility.
