The anticipated release date of the RFQ NNJ05088720Q is on or about November 15, 2004, with an anticipated quotation due date of on or about November 30, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B".
