JBAIDS Ebola Kit 48 rxns, 8. JBAIDS Marburg Kit 48 rxns, 9. JBAIDS EEE Kit 48 rxns, 10. JBAIDS WEE Kit 48 rxns, 11. JBAIDS VEE Kit 48 rxns and 12. JBAIDS Small Pox (Variola) 48 rxns. The anticipated award will be made under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, to Idaho Technology, Inc., 390 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108. Sp ecifically, FAR 6.302-1(b)(2), states, the existence of limited rights in data&make the supplies&available from only once source. Idaho Technology, Inc., is the designated source and sole possessor of the proprietary technical data and data rights required to manufacture the above listed products.
