In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Management System (FAAAMS), the FAA Western-Pacific Region hereby announces its intention to solicit a Request for Offers (RFO). This is a Socially Economically and Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) 8(a)-Certified Set-Aside project; therefore you are required to provide a certification letter from the Small Business Administration (SBA). Awards resulting from the RFO will be based on Best Value to the FAA giving consideration to: (1) Total Cost to the FAA, (2) Offeror's past performance and experience with the same or similar work, and (3) Acceptance of project as stated in the RFO and FAA terms and conditions. The successful offeror shall furnish all necessary labor, and materials in the performance of Janitorial Service at the Federal Aviation Administration, Las Vegas Flight Standards District Office (FSDO), Las Vegas, NV.
