TITLE: Aquinas Installation SupportThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08 effective 5 January 2006 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DFARS Change Notice 20060123. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5, DFFARS 252.204-7004. NAIC Code: 541519. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. ASC/RSW intends to award to Science Horizons, Inc. of Licking, MO a sole source contract for installation support of Science Horizon’s Aquinas system. The RFQ has the following line items: Line Item 0001-Installation Support of Aquinas System (Labor), Line Item 0002-Test Equipment Usage Fee, Line Item 0003-Travel Authority: 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), Justification: Services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of service will satisfy agency requirements.
