Solomon-Saratoga NC, 200 Duell Rd., Schuylerville, NY 12871, Dallas-Fort Worth NC, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Maintenance Bldg., Dallas, TX 75211, Indiantown Gap NC, RR2, Box 484, Indiantown Gap Road,. Annville, PA 17003-9618, and Massachusetts NC, Off Connery Ave., Bourne, MA 02532. Contract covers October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003. Inscription requirements will be released to, and performed by the contractor on a weekly basis. Inscription work will not be performed at the cemetery. Contractor will be responsible for: pick up; packaging sufficient to prevent damage during shipment and handling; inscribing; and returning to cemetery within ten (10) days. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561990 and a size standard of $6 M are applicable.
