Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to provide on-site inscriptions of second interment data on the reverse side of existing upright marble or granite headstones at Chattanooga National Cemetery, Chattanooga, TN. Contract covers base period of date of award through September 30, 2005, with up to three 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2008. The contractor shall be required to complete the inscription work order within twenty (20) calendar days from the time of receipt of the order document. Inscription work shall be performed at the cemetery and in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. Adverse weather typical of the geographic area in which the national cemetery is located shall not be a reason for delinquent performance. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561990 and a size standard of $6 M are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation. The RFQ solicitation document will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about July 15, 2005.
