The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCADLKE), Lakehurst, NJ Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance (ILARTS) Program intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Symmetricom, Santa Rosa, CA. Symmetricom will provide the following items to support the ILARTS System: qty (20) Real Time Clock Cards P/N BC630AT-XFM-1. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1 Any interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days of this proposal will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
