This announcement is being posted in conjunction with the Solicitation # L09PS00589, which is being posted at "www.fedconnect.net". Vendors must pull off the RFQ with it's clauses/provisions prior to sending a quote. Furnish Severity Heavy Equipment Services to provide fire readiness and preparedness for Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Initial Attack Zones, Montana. All work requirements and specifications are stated in the RFQ which is posted with the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation at "www.fedconnect.net". This requirement is set aside for Small Business. The period of performance is 7/01/2009 to 7/01/2010. The NAISC Code is 115310. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at "http://www.ccr.gov". Vendors shall also complete their Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at "http://orca.bpn.gov". Failure to register at the CCR website will make the offeror ineligible for award. The solicitation for this requirement is being posted in conjunction with this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation on June 5, 2009 at "www.fedconnect.net".
