Amendment to Solicitation Number NAMA-05-Q-0026 Section 3. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS – Paragraph: I is hereby reinstated into the solicitation, and changed to read as follows: The Government has approximately 186 MTX838 and MTS2000 Motorola Portable Units that it intends to surplus. Please indicate any trade-in allowances the offeror may allow. The Government also has 3 Motorola Astro Base Stations that is available for any trade-in allowance. These Radios are UHF, and operate in 406.1- 420 MHZ band, and are equipped with Smartnet Software. The Government will de-program the radios prior to trade-in. The Government reserve the right not to trade-in the radios. Offerors must submit a revised proposal, and mailed to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), Attention: Narciso Marty Cruz, 8601 Adelphi Road, Room 3340 (NAA), College Park, MD 20740-6001 by 4:00 PM ET on July 14, 2005.
