The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price contract under commercial item acquisition procedures with Fraser-Volpe Corp., 1025 Thomas Drive, Warminster, PA 18974 under RFQ E002671. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Fraser-Volpe is to provide the following items: 1) twenty-six (26) STEDI-EYE Observer – Gyro-Stablized Binoculars with modified switch, and, thirty-three (33) Night Vision Eyepiece Assemblies without intensifier, P/N 01065-530. Based on the market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government and the related industry, it has been determined the FBI’s requirement for the above-listed items can only be provided by Fraser-Volpe.
